A report from Realtor.com revealed the most popular zip codes of 2020. According to the report, these cities represent the hottest housing markets:

1. Colorado Springs, Colorado


2. Reynoldsburg, Ohio


3. Rochester, New York


4. Melrose, Massachusetts


5. South Portland, Maine


6. Topeka, Kansas


7. Hudson, New Hampshire


8. Worcester, Massachusetts


9. Springfield, Virginia


10. Raleigh, North Carolina

The report said that homes in these areas averaged just 18 days on the market and received an average of 4.3 times the number of views that homes in other areas did.
