After analyzing the 300 largest metros in the U.S., following are the 10 that had the lowest median home price in July 2021:

- Youngstown, OH
- Huntington, WV
- Saginaw, MI
- Davenport, IA
- Albany, GA
- Wichita Falls, TX
- Joplin, MO
